Engagement structure
A senior architect and a small engineering pod.
The pod works directly with product, operations and infrastructure owners. Working increments are demonstrated, decisions and risks are recorded, and acceptance evidence is maintained throughout delivery. Database, network, security and hardware specialists join when the workload requires them.
