Who is responsible
ApexFlo Labs Private Limited, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, is responsible for information submitted through this website. Privacy questions can be sent to contact@apexflo.ai.
Information you provide
The contact form collects the name, work email, company, role, capability selection and requirement you choose to submit. If you contact us directly by email, we receive the information included in that correspondence.
How the contact form works
The website sends form submissions to an ApexFlo business inbox through Resend, our transactional email delivery provider. Resend processes the submission only to deliver the message. The API credential remains on the server and is not exposed to the browser.
Technical information
The contact endpoint uses the submitting IP address for short-term rate limiting. Hosting and security logs may also contain standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested path and timestamp.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond, identify the appropriate technical team, prepare a discussion and maintain resulting business correspondence. We do not use the contact form for automated decision-making.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an active engagement are normally deleted from the business inbox within 90 days. Correspondence connected to an active opportunity, contract, legal obligation or security matter may be retained for the period reasonably required for that purpose.
Sharing and transfers
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with authorised ApexFlo personnel who need it to respond, and with infrastructure providers such as Resend and the website host. Those providers may process data outside India under their applicable contractual safeguards.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently use advertising trackers or behavioural analytics. Essential framework and security functions may use technical storage where required to operate the site.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete information submitted through the website, subject to any information we must retain for contractual, security or legal reasons.
